Grosvenor Casino - Reading

Hevertech Building Services is proud of being part of the design team involved with the new Grosvenor Casino in Reading, together with numerous other casinos.

Due to the casino being a 24 hour operation two of the main considerations at design stage were energy efficiency and future maintenance.

The general, decorative and emergency lighting installed throughout the casino and car park lighting is the latest technology in LEDs giving a minimum of 50,000 hours of lamp life and reducing costs on maintenance.

Occupancy sensor and dimming controls have been installed to reduce energy costs.

Metering is installed to monitor and manage consumption of lighting, power, catering, gas, water and mechanical services. The aforementioned can also be monitored at Rank Group Headquarters via the internet.

The prestigious fit out of the casino includes Restaurant, Show Bar, Poker room, Lounge Bar, Main gaming area, Machine Lounge and Electronic Bingo.
