Lidl Retail Stores

Working alongside the Architect and Lidl Project management Team, Hevertech Building Services provided the design and building services installation for Lidl stores nationwide.

During the design stage Hevertech Building Services took in to account energy efficiency including High Frequency Luminaires, Occupancy control sensors and metering to monitor consumption of Lighting, Power, Mechanical Services, Water and Gas to meet L2 requirements.

Health and Safety is paramount, and all aspects are taken on board from design stage through to the completion on site, future maintenance procedures are issued to the client following each project.

We have successfully completed in excess of 100 Lidl new builds, refurbishments and Regional Distribution Centres.
